Just as the Susan's final episodes of TOP CHEF MASTERS were airing and Susan's name and celebrity was again at the forefront, School of Fish joined the team to provide branding, marking, strategy (partnerships and engagements) to capitalize on the renewed interest in Susan and her pending STREET Food Book that would be published by Random House/Clarkson Potter.

School of Fish looked at how to work with Random House/Clarkson Potter to market Susan's STREET FOOD Cook book and raise the visibility of her brand as a Global Tastemaker.  We partnered with William Sonoma and did cooking demos and signings in several cities, Pop Up Street Food Demo dinners in Chicago and the Bay Area as well as signing events in several major cities.
