Street Food Book Pop-Up Tour
School of Fish looked at how to work with Random House/Clarkson Potter to market Susan's STREET FOOD Cook book and raise the visibility of her brand as a Global Tastemaker. We partnered with William Sonoma and did cooking demos and signings in several cities, Pop Up Street Food Demo dinners in Chicago and the Bay Area as well as signing events in several major cities.
